Warwick Student Arts Festival would not be possible without our amazing team of volunteers.
From marketing to catering and from stewarding to tech, our team have been working hard since February to make the event the best that it can be. However, we're still looking for people to help!
Not only do volunteers get to meet new people and gain new experience, but all crew receive a free T-shirt and food each day. Join our Discord now, or contact us at info@wsaf.org.uk.

Marketing
The marketing team ensures that everyone around campus and in the local community knows about WSAF and all of its events. This includes marketing through social media, posters, flyers and T-shirts and taking photos and videos throughout the event.

Stewards
Stewards help ensure that all attendees know what's going on and have a great experience. They also check ticket reservations for busy events and distribute stickers and leaflets.

Tech
The tech team ensure that everyone can be seen and heard through the use of sound/PA and lighting/LX systems. They are also responsible for livestreaming and recording events, where applicable. All tech operators must be members of Warwick Tech Crew - please contact us for more information.

Venue Managers
Venue managers are responsible for looking after each venue and its performance schedule throughout WSAF. They ensure that performers, tech operators and stewards are aware of the schedule and any special requirements and that they communicate well with each other.

Operations
The operations and logistics team ensures that the event runs smoothly and are on hand to resolve any issues that can crop up. This can range from transporting equipment between venues to sorting last-minute scheduling issues.

Catering & WBar Team
Our catering team ensures that all volunteers are well fed and hydrated throughout the day. New for 2025, WSAF will also be running an outdoor bar on Benefactors Place which will also be staffed by volunteers.
Exec
Our exec are responsible for the overall planning and running of WSAF.

What can I help with?
We have many different teams across the festival which can suit your interests and commitment. More information can be found on the crew page.
What benefits are there?
In addition to meeting other people, gaining new skills and having a once-in-a-lifetime experience, you’ll also get a free crew t-shirt and food throughout the event!
I have exams or other commitments. Can I still help?
Yes - we need as much help as we can get, both in advance of the festival and on the day. Everything is done on a voluntary basis, so you get to choose what you want to work on. We only ask that you don't overcommit, and let us know as soon as possible if you can no longer do something.
I have no experience. Can I still help?
Absolutely! You don't need to apply to help out - if you want to help in any team, you can! This is only the second time we're doing this, so if you think you have no clue what you're doing, we probably don't have much more of a clue...
Where can I find more information?
Please contact us by email at info@wsaf.org.uk or on Instagram at @wsaf26.
