WSAF 2025
Join The Crew

Warwick Student Arts Festival would not be possible without our amazing team of volunteers.

From marketing to catering and from stewarding to tech, our team have been working hard since February to make the event the best that it can be. However, we're still looking for people to help!

Not only do volunteers get to meet new people and gain new experience, but all crew receive a free T-shirt and food each day. Sign up to join our crew now, or if you feel like you could contribute in a different way, contact us at [email protected] or Discord.

We also recommend that all volunteers join our Discord for easier communication and to stay up to date!

Tech

The tech team ensure that everyone can be seen and heard through the use of sound/PA and lighting/LX systems. They are also responsible for livestreaming and recording events, where applicable. All tech operators must be members of Warwick Tech Crew - please contact us for more information.

FAQ

What can I help with?

We have many different teams across the festival which can suit your interests and commitment. More information can be found on the crew page.

What benefits are there?

In addition to meeting other people, gaining new skills and having a once-in-a-lifetime experience, you’ll also get a free crew t-shirt and food throughout the event!

I have exams or other commitments. Can I still help?

Yes - we need as much help as we can get, both in advance of the festival and on the day. Everything is done on a voluntary basis, so you get to choose what you want to work on. We only ask that you don't overcommit, and let us know as soon as possible if you can no longer do something.

I have no experience. Can I still help?

Absolutely! You don't need to apply to help out - if you want to help in any team, you can! This is only the second time we're doing this, so if you think you have no clue what you're doing, we probably don't have much more of a clue...

Where can I find more information?

Please contact us by email at [email protected] or on Instagram at @wsaf25.
