Brass Society presents...
“Symphonic Brass”
We are a 10-15 piece brass ensemble playing a variety of music, from traditional fanfares to jazz and songs from musicals.
A part of the University of Warwick's Brass Society, our Symphonic Brass ensemble performs at the society's termly concerts as well as at numerous events on campus such as graduations and open days.
We are a friendly, inclusive music society for brass players. Intermediate and experienced brass players can come along to our "main band" rehearsals at 5pm on Wednesdays, and for more confident players we offer the Symphonic Brass ensemble, which is a smaller group rehearsing at 5pm on Fridays. If you've never played a brass instrument before but want to learn, we have Beginners' and Intermediates' Brass Band which rehearses at 3pm on Wednesdays, which provides a relaxed way to build your confidence as a player. All rehearsals are in the Ensemble Room in the Arts Centre.
